Corporate Communication Support (parttime 24-32hr) here is where your challenge starts:
The Corporate Communications department contributes to the realization of the strategy and the promotion of Stage Entertainment. It is responsible for all corporate communications of the organization, both online and offline. The department is a small and close team and consists of 2 employees Corporate Communication and the Director Corporate Communication, to whom you report.
This position gives you the opportunity to work on an international level to shape the communication and strategy of the organization. But also requires, because we are a small team, creativity and a hands-on mentality.
Specific responsibilities:
- Provides (un)solicited internal advice on on- and offline communication
- Responsible for the development, organization and execution of events, such as the semi-annual 'International Management Meeting'; the annual 'Live Stream' and the monthly 'Community Day'
- Provides international communication (internal and external) on developments within the organization
- Takes care of the corporate communication channels with images and text, such as the corporate website and social media
- Develops PR and communication plans and is an active member of working and project groups
- Identifies and analyzes opportunities to optimize communications and translates these into creative ideas and result-oriented activities
- Monitors project schedules and the progress of the work and adjusts it where necessary
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree preferably in the field of Communication or other relevant education.
- Relevant working experience in communication is an advantage.
- Good, professional language skills in Dutch & English, both spoken and written.
- Proven MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with CMS Drupal and Photoshop is a plus, an eye for design is a must.
- You are enthusiastic, creative, flexible; keeping the overview; a relationship builder, and have hands-on mentality.
- Experience in or affinity with theater and/or the media/entertainment is a plus.
